Happening in East 2 on our rooftop from 6–8pm on 23 September, join award-winning founder and author Stefanie Sword-Williams for an interactive session designed to help you unpack what it really means to feel “stuck” in your career. Together, you’ll explore what’s driving that restlessness and discover practical ways to reconnect with your values, redefine success, and figure out your next step.
Whether you’re considering a big change, looking to reignite your current path, or simply ready to care a little less and live a little more, this workshop will give you the tools and clarity to move forward with confidence.
In the session, we will cover:
- How to recognise when you’re feeling stuck and
uncover what’s really behind it
- How to reconnect with your values and motivations to find
clarity
- How to explore different paths forward – whether that’s a pivot,
a reset, or a renewed sense of purpose
- How to redefine success on your own terms and move forward with
confidence

Stefanie Sword Williams is the founder and author of f*ck being humble. She created the business to encourage individuals to be unapologetically proud of their achievements and overcome the fear of self-promotion. Named as Forbes 30 under 30 in Europe, Stef talks have reached people in over 50 countries and she’s delivered workshops for global brands including Google, Adidas, Microsoft, Innocent, Vodafone, The Guardian, and The BBC as well as spoken at conferences such as Cannes Lions festival. In 2020 Stef released her first book ‘f*ck being humble: why self-promotion isn't a dirty word’ and delivered a TEDx talk on why the world needs to be a little less humble. Most recently she became a fellow of the royal society of Arts following the significant contribution to social impact she has made since building f*ck being humble.
