Summer is fast approaching which can only mean one thing… Paloma season is almost here! Not only are Paloma’s the national cocktail of Mexico, it’s the cocktail of the summer too – and we are starting summer early on The Rooftop with Paloma Week celebrations in collaboration with Patrón.
Join us on Wednesday 24 May for an exclusive tasting evening, hosted by Patrón Brand Ambassador, Gianluca Canella this Paloma Week where you’ll get to enjoy an evening of Patrón Paloma Cocktails perfectly paired with Californian-inspired small plates on our gorgeous pink rooftop.
Gianluca Canella will guide you through the making of tequila and what makes Patrón unique, along with live cocktail demonstrations so you can learn how to create the perfect amount of smoothness and sweetness in your very own Paloma - your perfect summer serve.
You’ll also explore the sweet, bitter and zesty flavour pairings of each cocktail and small plate to showcase how cocktails and food can impact the flavours of each other.
